These Terms of Service govern your use of zaneti-co.com.au (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Zaneti Co (ABN 72 956 043 192, "we", "us", "our"). By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us
Zaneti Co is a Victoria-based jewellery maker, operating as a sole trader. Our Site is hosted on the Shopify platform.

2. Our products
Every piece is handmade, and many are one of a kind or made in small batches. Slight variations in colour, texture, size and finish are a natural part of the handmade process, not a fault. We make every reasonable effort to represent our products accurately, including through photography, but colours may appear slightly differently depending on your device's screen.

3. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in Australian dollars. We are not currently registered for GST, so GST is not added to our prices. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice; this will not affect an order you have already placed and had confirmed.

4. Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline, for example if a piece has become unavailable or we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and/or PayPal; we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping
Shipping is handled in line with our Shipping Policy. We currently ship within Australia only.

6. Returns, refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Because each piece is handmade and often one of a kind, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a repair, replacement or refund for a major fault. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Repairs and care
As the maker, we're glad to help with repairs and care advice for your piece. See our Refund Policy for how this works and what it may cost.

8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including photography, designs and text, belongs to Zaneti Co and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access it other than through the interface we provide.

10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our Site or products.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our Site after changes means you accept the update.
