At Zaneti Co, each piece is individually handcrafted using traditional jewellery techniques and organic design.

Many creations are one-of-a-kind or small-batch, celebrating the natural character of the materials and the handmade process.

Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We encourage customers to choose thoughtfully and reach out prior to purchase if guidance on sizing, materials, or design is needed.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) always apply. Manufacturing Faults

If your piece has a major manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

A major fault may include:

  • A problem that would have prevented purchase if known
  • The item not matching its description
  • An issue that cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe Items must be returned in original condition where possible, with proof of purchase.

Repairs & Ongoing Care

As the maker, Zaneti Co offers ongoing support and care for your jewellery. Where an issue is minor, a repair may be offered depending on the design.

Due to the handmade nature of the work, some stone settings or structural elements may not be repairable.

Repairs relating to general wear, accidental damage, or non-manufacturing issues may incur a fee for labour and postage.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your jewellery upon arrival and contact us promptly if your item appears damaged, incorrect, or faulty so we can resolve the matter with care and attention.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the item has been received and assessed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
